Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 June 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the iAM website, applications, and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who we are
The Service is operated by IntentNet Inc, a Delaware corporation (“iAM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You can reach us at hello@useiam.ai or through our contact page.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using iAM you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. The Service is a private beta
iAM is currently offered as an invitation-only, MVP-scoped private beta. This means the Service is under active development and is provided for evaluation. Features may change, break, be added, or be removed at any time, and the Service may be unavailable, interrupted, or discontinued without notice. We make no promise of any particular feature, result, uptime, or service level during the beta.
5. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at hello@useiam.aiif you suspect unauthorised use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, and you may not create an account using another person’s identity.
6. What iAM is — and what it is not
iAM is a personal intelligence layer. You express an intent in plain language, and iAM reads that intent, assembles relevant results from third-party services across the internet, personalises and ranks them for you, and lets you complete actions (such as booking, purchasing, reserving, or scheduling) in one place.
iAM is a technology platform and intermediary, not the provider of the underlying goods or services.Flights, accommodation, car rental, experiences, restaurant reservations, products, professional and home services, and similar offerings are provided by independent third parties (for example, airlines, hotels, merchants, and service providers, and aggregators such as travel and booking platforms). iAM does not own, control, supply, or guarantee any of these third-party offerings. Your purchase or booking forms a contract between you and the relevant third-party provider, and is subject to that provider’s own terms, pricing, availability, and policies.
7. AI, automated outputs, and no professional advice
The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to interpret your intent, generate suggestions, and take actions on your behalf. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them or completing any action, and you remain responsible for your decisions.
iAM does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Any health, legal, financial, or similar information surfaced through the Service — including by the iAM Genie — is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on iAM. If you are experiencing a medical or other emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. The Service is not an emergency service.
8. Bookings, purchases, and payments
- Prices, availability, and details for third-party offerings are supplied by the relevant providers and may change or become unavailable before your action is completed.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By submitting a payment you authorise the applicable charges, including the price of the items, any applicable taxes, and any fees disclosed at checkout.
- Where iAM facilitates a single checkout across multiple vendors, each underlying item remains a separate contract with its respective provider, and payment may be split and remitted to those providers.
- Cancellations, changes, refunds, fulfilment, and customer support for a booked or purchased item are governed by the relevant provider’s terms. iAM will help where it reasonably can, but it is not responsible for a provider’s acts, omissions, or policies.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide for a booking or purchase (such as names, dates, and travel documents) are correct.
9. Collaboration and @mentions
iAM lets you tag other people into a shared workspace (a “Stage”) and plan or purchase together. If you @mention or invite someone, you confirm you are entitled to share the relevant information with them, and you understand that participants in a shared Stage can see its contents. You are responsible for what you choose to share.
10. Your content and uploads
You may provide content to the Service, including prompts, profile information, and documents you upload to seed your preferences. You retain ownership of your content. You grant iAM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and use that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide its features to you (and, for content you choose to share, to the people you share it with). You represent that you have the rights to the content you provide and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or any law.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- scrape, harvest, or extract data except as expressly permitted, or use the Service to build a competing product;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
- misuse the AI features — for example to generate unlawful content, infringe rights, or evade safety measures;
- upload malware, or content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
12. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the iAM name and logo, is owned by iAM or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, we reserve all rights. You may not use our branding without our prior written permission.
13. Third-party services and links
The Service integrates and links to third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and iAM is not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Any dealings you have with a third party through the Service are between you and that third party.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. A core commitment of iAM is that we do not sell your personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising against it.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any AI output, result, price, or availability will be accurate or reliable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iAM and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, or the acts or omissions of any third-party provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iAM’s total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to iAM (as opposed to amounts paid to third-party providers) in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred (100) units of your local currency. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold iAM harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time — including during the beta — if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnities) will survive.
19. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by updating the date above or by notice in the Service). Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service after they take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
21. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and iAM regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
